Warranty of battery for compaq presario c700

I bought this battery for compaq presario c700 4 months ago, and it was completely dead after 3 months. In those 3 months I barely used the computer, and for the first month I tried to tolerate the old dying battery, so I only really used the new battery for compaq presario c700 for 2 months. With this battery, my computer constantly says "charging, 74%", but when the charger is unplugged the computer shuts down immediately.

I was very sceptically at first because of the price, but took a chance anyway.
