It was sold by BattPit for considerably less than the manufacutor's list. It arrived four days after placing the order. I am completely satisfied with BattPit. As for the battery itself, we will have to see it performs like new for three years as DrBattery claims, but it has to last longer the the HP battery I bought, which I bought a little more than a year ago and it now only holds a charge of >10% for 10 to 15 minutes, then its back to the charger. The HP battery really only performed well for less than a year.
